Guidelines
Dear Guests,
To ensure Safety, Hygiene and Comfort of the Hotel guests during their saty,
we hve given some guidelines.
- Room check-in is at 02:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 Noon.
- Guests are given a keycard upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to lock the rooms. If guests lose or do not return the keycard, the penalty is 500 rupees.
- Incase of fire alarm, guest are requested to leave through emergency exit in north side of each corridor on all the floors.
- Smoke zone is provided in north end of each corridor. Smoking and Alcohol consumption inside rooms are strictly prohibited. Violations lead to penalty Rs. 2000/-.
- Used towels are changed daily. Linen is changed every third day.
- Food and beverage from outside is not allowed in the hotel. Hotel management keeps the right to remove this food and beverage.
- No food service to rooms, only in restaurants.
- Ground floor - Veg Shree Saravana Bhavan classic,
- Fourth floor - Non veg Hari Bhavan rooftop restaurant.
- Kindly inform the reception 15 minutes before you want to check out to avoid unnecessary delay.
- Disturbing other guests is not allowed. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to those guests.
- Extra cot with premium mattress will be provided on chargeable basis in west side rooms only.
- For any damage caused by the guest to the hotel property, the guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the hotel. Checklist of products inside rooms are displayed and the same is verified during checkout.
